Apps for brewing ingredient specifications from partners
Malt – Weyermann®
The “I-nigma” barcode reader is a free smartphone application which works very well to download the batch malt analysis by scanning the analysis code from Weyermann® bags.
In some operation systems the analysis pdf is stored in the “download” folder. For I-OS: “IBooks” can be used to store the analysis. Analysis can be printed or forwarded by email, WLAN or Bluetooth now.
Malt – Crisp
As a customer of Crisp Malt use this app to scan your sack product labels and view the analysis for this batch.
Compatible labels will show a QR code. Use the app to scan the code and view the Certificate of Analysis on screen. You can then print or store the CoA PDF document as required.
Yeast – Fermentis
Explore new sensory pathways, fine tune the originality of your aromas, or perhaps exploit fermentation potential of your wort at its best.
